Ce projet divise un grand terrain en deux lots séparés et propose la construction de deux maisons indépendantes. Ces deux maisons tournent le dos aux immeubles de grande hauteur et cherchent a créer partout une relation intime de chaque espaces avec le paysage paisible de Cornwall Garden.
