Choa Chu Kang HDB – A study on 3 Dimensional Public Spaces

In 2019, studioMilou designed an integrated project including – residential, nursing buildings home, clinics, restaurant, shops and community spaces around a spectacular public spaces linking the metro station close by and a public garden. The design developed with the local practice ADDP, proposes to organise all the elements of the brief around a Piranesian style of vertical public spaces open to all and protected against the rain and the sunlight by the cantilevers of large balcony and suspended gardens.
