Lumi Hanoi Ground-breaking ceremony Mar 2024

On March 1st last week, studioMilou attended the ground-breaking ceremony for Lumi, the studio’s latest residential project in Ha Noi. The event was organized by CapitaLand, our client for this 4,000-unit residential project.

studioMilou’s founder and lead designer, Jean Francois Milou, Director of studioMilou Vietnam and Senior Partner, Nguyen Thanh Trung, along with Nguyen Thu Phuong and Le Ngoc Toan, senior managers of studioMilou Vietnam, attended.

Our warmest thanks go to the many teams involved, from those of CapitaLand Vietnam and Singapore, to our local architects, along with the client and local architects, INNO Company JSC, to finalize this high-density urban, human-centered, and abundantly landscaped design, which prioritizes a peaceful, sustainable environment.
