Fredrick Svensted, once a young team member of studioMilou, has visited the National Gallery Singapore for the first time together with Jean Francois Milou.

In France, Fredrick Svensted is one of the only architects persistently designing extraordinary buildings using massive limestone for the facades. These buildings are loved by the public, and for that reason, these buildings are not likely to be demolished soon.

Instead, they are designed to be transmitted to the next generations and they will go through many rounds of adaptive reuse.
